Customer service is nonexistent. Ordered a coat in late January. No tracking/ shipping info has been provided in three weeks. No information about when it might be delivered or progress of shipment. I am promised that I will be contacted about my order but all I get are automated responses. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I would give zero stars if I could. I will be opening a dispute at PayPal to get a refund. I see others have had this same problem.
