Joes GE was fabulous! I called Apple to repair a pair of headphones and was quoted $200. I then went to the internet and found Joe's. I wasn't sure what to think but everything on line seemed professional and the reviews were very good. So I took a chance and was SOOOO happy. The headphones were repaired quickly, I received them back in 10 days, in perfect shape for 1/3 the cost. I will definitely use Joe's again!
