“I appreciate the quick turnaround on your repairs. However, the Sony WH1000XM4 headphones seem to have horrible qualities issues with the charging system. I’m still having issues when I plug in the charger it lights up for a second or two and then goes out. Battery tends to go from 80% to 10% while turned off. I have a second pair that’s less than a year old. That’s doing the same thing. I’m awaiting for a replacement from Sony”

“When the battery charger of my Sony headphone stopped functioning, it took a long online search to find the culprit, sweat on a hot day got into the battery charger port and eroded the circuitry. Through YouTube I found Joe's Gaming video which teaches how to DIY replace the charger port. And Joe's sells the replacement part too, at very reasonable price. If I had taken the headphone to Sony Customer Service, the cost is so expensive it is better to ditch the headphone and buy a new one. Joe's Gaming is a great responsible service, they teach you by video how to repair your device yourself, they sell you replacement parts at very reasonable price, if you can't repair by yourself, they will repair for you. Great service that far exceeds the money you pay. Thanks.”

“I needed the screws to rescue a pair of Bose QC-35 II headphones. These worked perfectly and kept them from being discarded. The Youtube video showing how the screw and washers go in was a big help.”

“Not only did they have the only version of the adapter I wanted (USB female to micro) without a cord between the port and the connector, but it was much lower in price than the versions I didn't want. It was a name brand (Sony), and came well-packaged.”

“Brilliant site and service! Their excellent video on how to replace the sound driver on my Sony WH1000-XM5s showed me everything I needed to do the job, including the tool set required. The parts I ordered were in a box and on the way to me here in Ireland within a couple of hours! By following the demonstration video again, I was able to replace the sound driver in the tricky RHS headphone cup within an hour, bringing my headphones back to perfect working order and saving me hundreds of euros on a new pair. This site is everything is it says it is. Top class all round!!”
