Wonderful customer service! I accidentally ordered a part I didn’t need and the staff caught my mistake, reached out and then corrected my order. I was so impressed that they cared and fixed it for me!

I needed to fix my $300 headphones and when I was quoted $150 for a possible fix from a repair store I said screw that! Joes thankfully had the part I needed and saved me so much money. My headphones work again. I don’t usually write reviews but I am so thankfully they saved me so much money I had to!!

They sent all the stuff I needed,except the expertise to solder the wires so there back together but still don’t work so I’ll save up some cash and send them out to joes and let them have a crack at them

installed charging unit now the unit still wont come on so they said to replace battery still inop not sure if its the componets sold or battery at a lost

I am still trying to find a scewdriver that will work on the screws in my Fitbit 5. The one you sent with the kit didn't work. I also bought a screwdriver set from IFIXIT but not one works on the Fitbit! I am close to giving up on the Fitbit.

The parts i ordered matched perfectly. I even got a few extra parts which was appreciated. A snow storm hit my area so the parts took a little extra time to arrive. Nbd. Unfortunately, due to my over confidence in my electronic repair ability, i lost crucial pieces to my headphone assembly and may have irreparably damaged other components during disassembly. I’d recommend leaving the repair work to Joe’s GE.

Oh my, I’d give this company ten-star rating if they’d let me. My son cracked his Apple Watch & I was fortunate enough to find JoesGE. I shipped it to them, they repaired the watch & shipped it back. It was all transparent, easy to use, and the watch is like new. I love their service & you will too!

I was skeptical about using a company that wasn’t local to fix my son’s Beats headphones, but Joe’s made the process very easy. They gave me an estimate for repairs and complete instructions for mailing them the headphones. They contacted me once they received them and again when they were repaired and shipping them back. The price was exactly what they quoted and the headphones came back looking brand new. I would definitely use them again.

My honest review is that I am disappointed. I had the battery on my Apple Watch SE (1st gen) replaced, and the battery life is not as improved as I was hoping it would be. The battery is dead after about 13 hours of moderate use, while Apple says a brand new battery should get close to 18 hours of use out of a full charge. There are other odd things I noticed: it took a REALLY long time to charge the battery the first time I plugged the watch in (something like 7 hours instead of the usual 2?) and sometimes the battery goes from 100% to 94 or 95% after only a few minutes of use? I don't know why this is - it could be that the quality of the replacement battery is not up to par (I understand that Apple makes it hard to acquire replacement parts for many of their devices). It could be that a WatchOS change is causing the battery to drain faster than before. In any case, I was without my watch for over 3 weeks and spent $80 on the repair and I am not sure if it was worth it.
