“Product and quality of the item was A+, however, the wrong item was initially sent to me. I was trying to have a repair done prior to an event and missed the event deadline because the wrong item was sent to me. I had to package up the wrong item and drop it off at a return facility all on my time before a replacement would be considered, so I asked for a discount on the replacement for the trouble and the response was that they do not do that. I understand that misakes happen, but that doesn't remove the inconvenience on my behalf, so for that I was disappointed in the experience.”

“Fast shipping, excactly what I ordered, perfect product! I recently needed a small replacement for my no-longer-made Bose noise cancelling ear phones, and of course main stream on line stores did not carry what I needed. “My Galaxy Watch 7 battery had deterioratred. It went fron 24+ hours when I got it to only 12 hours. I ordered a new battery from Joe's. The first problem was I thought I was getting 2 batteries from the picture of the product. Turns out it supposedly was a picture of the front and the back of the batter, but the image was too small to tell tha. When I installed the battery from Joe's, the new battery's life was about the same as the battery that had been in my watch for a number of years - about 12 hours.”
