I highly regard Joe's Gaming and Electronics. My Sony headphones charger inlet got wet with sweat on a hot day, the sweat corroded the charger circuitry and the headphones stopped working. If I went to Sony for repair, the cost is so high I might as well buy new headphones. Joe's offers a detailed YouTube tutorial on replacing the charging port, in addition sells the charging port. Thanks to the replacement port and the tutorial I repaired the headphones to working again and continued music pleasure. Invaluable and friendly help, Joe's!

Found on YouTube. Sent my iPad Pro in to get the screen repaired. Fast service, well packaged return and it’s still working great! Glad I chose them rather than buying a replacement!

Joe’s replaced the charging port on my IPad Pro 12.9 several months ago and it’s still working great. There was no evidence that it was tampered with. Excellent workmanship!

The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread!! I have been using these guys for several years now! I have 8 pairs of Beats Studio that I have accumulated since 2015. I have 4 pair of the 2nd Gen. 3 of the 3rd Gen. And 1 of the latest version. I am sure when they see my packages come in they are like "holy crap its this guy again!"😂 They have enabled me to keep my older ones in service after years and years of play. I prefer the older ones to the newer ones as the are louder and have a heavier bass profile. I usually send multiple pairs in for ear pad replacement, and headband issues. I even have one pair that almost caught fire while charging, and they repaired that too! I highly recommend them for repairs as they do quality, timely work, and return your devices safely packaged. I try to maintain my Beats the best that I can. But thanks to these guys I have extended the life of atleast 5 pair that would have been in the garbage. Thanks for your years of quality service!!

My experience was excellent. I bought a replacement headband for Airpods Max (lightning) Black version and it was as expected: new and well wrapped. I was just a bit unlucky with extra fees because I ordered from EU, I hope for a future warehouse (like Germany) for EU customers to avoid these useless extra costs.

Sent in 2 pair of SonyWH-1000XM4 headphones with broken swivels and a non charging battery. Came back good as new! The crew stayed in touch through the whole process and they delivered on time as promised.

I was happy to find a place that repairs iPod Max for a little less than Apple charges. When I got the headphones back the Bluetooth was fixed, but there were problems with the internal microphone. Then a few months later there was problems with the Bluetooth again. Can’t really say whether the repair was not great or just the usual Bluetooth problems caused by the slightest bit of moisture on these Apple headphones but either way it wasn’t worth having them repaired.
