“This was my first experience with Joe's and they did a great job! I had to sets of broken Beats Solo 3 wireless headphones. One of them was a mechanical problem with the hinge and the other was a problem with the electronics (the sound wasn't working in one ear and then the bluetooth seemed to go out). Anyway, they did a great job! They communicated well and helped me understand what would happen each step of the way. They were quick and professional. Though I will never buy Beats again, I definitely recommend Joe's for anyone needing a repairs. BTW, both of my headsets were like new, and I don't know for sure, but I think they went out of there way to clean them up and maybe even put some new ear pads on because they looked newer than before.”

“Sent my power beats 3 in with the typical problems everyone has with them and for a cheap price I was able to finally use my headphones without them randomly turning off and not working for days on end, I have tested my beats through sweaty workout sessions and even worked out with them in the rain and they are still working flawlessly, Joes GE is definitely a place I’ll continue to send in tech that I have issues with!”

“I was definitely nervous to send my ridiculously expensive headphones off in the mail to a company I hadn't heard of prior to googling what on earth to do when your headphones won't take a charge... but I am so glad I did. Joes GE has incredible service with a really quick turnover. Mailing my headphones was easy and so was paying for the service. My headphones came back in wonderful condition and are happily charging away as I type this review. It was lovely that there is a person who texts you updates as the repair is moving along as well. They are also very responsive via text when you have questions. I really loved my experience with Joes GE.”

“Sent my powerbeats2 in to see if they could be repaired and quote. Got an estimate and waited to hear back from them that they received my items. There was quite confusion on whether they received them or not which made me feel a little uneasy. Eventually, they figured it out and gave me a different quote on repair. They said it would be more expensive to fix but they could offer me a refurbished pair for $65.00. They made it seem like this was a great deal. I was a little hesitant but eventually thought about it and decided to go ahead and get them. However, I found out that I actually needed to trade in my old pair to get the "$65.00" price tag. After finding that out I went ahead and requested items to just be returned and decided I wasn't going to purchase or get repairs done. Although, they were trying to be polite on the phone they were definately irritated. Joe'sge returned in timely manner. Nevertheless, I got my headphone's back and they were in pieces not the way I sent them in. It was quite surprising to receive my item not the way it previously was. I saw all the reviews that it's a great place but I definitely didn't get that feeling. Nothing was overly special. Beats are known to have problems, these guys have created a business on it. They wanted me to trade in my pair to resell and sell me the ones a previous consumer probably traded in at a low price. Plus power beats2 u can purchase for just about that price anyway Without a trade in. Search the web. I just wanted my original pair back. Businesses should be fair and respectful of someone's possessions. I believe my items should have been returned properly in the same way I sent them out. In the future I could have decided to get them fixed or recommed a friend if I thought this was a great place.This will never be an option. Turned off by the lack of consideration from them. They are just here for a quick buck. Smart guys!!! Do not Reccomend at all”

“I followed the YouTube video and replaced the right swivel and it worked excellent. Very clearly covered in the video I must say. And as for the swivel I had no issues at all. I'm giving 4 stars because the Philips head screw driver I ordered did not work very well with the screws. It kinda damaged some of my screws and I had to use another one.”

“I would never use this service again. The recommended repair did not completely fix the problem I had and my headphones were shipped back with the noise canceling still unusable. I think they should have some more quality control in place to give more advice at that point instead of shipping the headphones out for a $100+ dollar repair that did nothing to improve the usability. Completely unsatisfied.”

“They’ve got headphone repair down! My wife bought me Beats Studio headphones for Christmas six years ago which I use daily for work. Over the course of that time, Joes has repaired them three times (broken charge port once, broken headband twice.) Why replace something that still works? Just fix it. Great service.”

“I accidentally broke the glass on my Apple Watch. On the manufacturer's site it was as expensive to repair a watch as it is to buy a new one. Joe's GE offered the service at a more reasonable rate. Their engagement process is very easy to follow and even includes a shipping label and instructions. The service itself was quick and I received notifications at every step along the way. I'd definitely recommend Joe's GE for Apple Watch service.”

“I asked JoesGE to do something which was clearly to difficult for them to handle. They should have upfront said NO we cannot fix your watch. And not attempted to do a repair. The watch is a triathlon watch. If I can not use it in water, it is worthless to me. They said they would try, and try they did. But the result was bad. Because the watch broke again. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JOESGE TO FIX ANY WATER DEVICES. Simple repairs might be okay for them to do. But anything difficult with water or watches, they get a big NO. In fact they should have not even tried. They should have sent back my watch and declined the job. Just my honest opinion.”
