I was definitely nervous to send my ridiculously expensive headphones off in the mail to a company I hadn't heard of prior to googling what on earth to do when your headphones won't take a charge... but I am so glad I did.
Joes GE has incredible service with a really quick turnover. Mailing my headphones was easy and so was paying for the service. My headphones came back in wonderful condition and are happily charging away as I type this review.
It was lovely that there is a person who texts you updates as the repair is moving along as well. They are also very responsive via text when you have questions.
