This was my first experience with Joe's and they did a great job! I had to sets of broken Beats Solo 3 wireless headphones. One of them was a mechanical problem with the hinge and the other was a problem with the electronics (the sound wasn't working in one ear and then the bluetooth seemed to go out). Anyway, they did a great job! They communicated well and helped me understand what would happen each step of the way. They were quick and professional. Though I will never buy Beats again, I definitely recommend Joe's for anyone needing a repairs. BTW, both of my headsets were like new, and I don't know for sure, but I think they went out of there way to clean them up and maybe even put some new ear pads on because they looked newer than before.
