Got my beats back and they’re no better than when I sent them, the speaker on the side that was fixed has an echo when music is playing, it’s horrible.

I would never use this service again. The recommended repair did not completely fix the problem I had and my headphones were shipped back with the noise canceling still unusable. I think they should have some more quality control in place to give more advice at that point instead of shipping the headphones out for a $100+ dollar repair that did nothing to improve the usability. Completely unsatisfied.

The item they sold showed it came with a daughter board and didn't state that it didn't come with it which I needed to repair my Xbox One X. I asked to send it back after stating it didn't come with what I needed and was told I had to pay for shipping. Very misleading and will not use this company again.

Hello Silvestro. The part we sent are working. If you order the incorrect part to repair your device it wont work. We accept returns on our parts if they do not work for your repair. We have reached out to inform you of our return policy.
I asked JoesGE to do something which was clearly to difficult for them to handle. They should have upfront said NO we cannot fix your watch. And not attempted to do a repair. The watch is a triathlon watch. If I can not use it in water, it is worthless to me. They said they would try, and try they did. But the result was bad. Because the watch broke again. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JOESGE TO FIX ANY WATER DEVICES. Simple repairs might be okay for them to do. But anything difficult with water or watches, they get a big NO. In fact they should have not even tried. They should have sent back my watch and declined the job. Just my honest opinion.

They fixed the heart rate, they said that was the only issue . Fit bit blaze came back working however it cannot be charged . I texted them never replied , I am not mad about this because I bet now they will say it’s a battery issue eventually I will repair myself. I just don’t think they are capable of good service, how will you send a “fixed” fit blaze without even seeing if it takes charge. Must be really nice

We do our best to leave the electronics that we work on in the best condition possible. Due to the tedious nature of some repairs, we can accidentally damage parts. On the rare occasion that this happens we replace them with new looking parts. As for the AUX port that is not working, we should have never shipped it in that condition are more than happy to fix the headphones free of charge. The beats headphones broke apart after two weeks, he adhesive holding the ear muffs on the headphones wore out very quickly. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices you are better off paying extra from bestbuy knowing that they won’t try to rip you off

Customer service started off great until they received my product. Somehow my product was damaged. It may have happen during shipping but my package was wrapped correctly and because of that the price of fixing my headphones changed. I had friends waiting on me to get my headphones fix so they could ship there’s next after i received mines back but unfortunately it was bad business.

Everything went perfectly - customer service and responsiveness. However, I never got my item back. Tracking states it's in pre-shipment now since 9-1-17. Joe's did check themselves and promises they did ship it. How can I rate higher when I don't have my item back? It's lost in transit.

Sent my powerbeats2 in to see if they could be repaired and quote. Got an estimate and waited to hear back from them that they received my items. There was quite confusion on whether they received them or not which made me feel a little uneasy. Eventually, they figured it out and gave me a different quote on repair. They said it would be more expensive to fix but they could offer me a refurbished pair for $65.00. They made it seem like this was a great deal. I was a little hesitant but eventually thought about it and decided to go ahead and get them. However, I found out that I actually needed to trade in my old pair to get the "$65.00" price tag. After finding that out I went ahead and requested items to just be returned and decided I wasn't going to purchase or get repairs done. Although, they were trying to be polite on the phone they were definately irritated. Joe'sge returned in timely manner. Nevertheless, I got my headphone's back and they were in pieces not the way I sent them in. It was quite surprising to receive my item not the way it previously was. I saw all the reviews that it's a great place but I definitely didn't get that feeling. Nothing was overly special. Beats are known to have problems, these guys have created a business on it. They wanted me to trade in my pair to resell and sell me the ones a previous consumer probably traded in at a low price. Plus power beats2 u can purchase for just about that price anyway Without a trade in. Search the web. I just wanted my original pair back. Businesses should be fair and respectful of someone's possessions. I believe my items should have been returned properly in the same way I sent them out. In the future I could have decided to get them fixed or recommed a friend if I thought this was a great place.This will never be an option. Turned off by the lack of consideration from them. They are just here for a quick buck. Smart guys!!! Do not Reccomend at all
