Customer service started off great until they received my product. Somehow my product was damaged. It may have happen during shipping but my package was wrapped correctly and because of that the price of fixing my headphones changed. I had friends waiting on me to get my headphones fix so they could ship there’s next after i received mines back but unfortunately it was bad business.
