The parts i ordered matched perfectly. I even got a few extra parts which was appreciated. A snow storm hit my area so the parts took a little extra time to arrive. Nbd. Unfortunately, due to my over confidence in my electronic repair ability, i lost crucial pieces to my headphone assembly and may have irreparably damaged other components during disassembly. I’d recommend leaving the repair work to Joe’s GE.

I followed the YouTube video and replaced the right swivel and it worked excellent. Very clearly covered in the video I must say. And as for the swivel I had no issues at all. I'm giving 4 stars because the Philips head screw driver I ordered did not work very well with the screws. It kinda damaged some of my screws and I had to use another one.

You guys did great work. My only issue was that you did replace my ear cushion on my head phones which I thought was cool and nice. However, the replacements were not as soft as the ones I had which was upsetting to me.

I've been using this company to repair several different headphones for the past 5 years and I have yet to be disappointed at either the customer service and/or the repair department. Reasonable prices with discounts to returning customers. This company is "A Breath of Fresh Air " compared to many of the bigger companies in the same industry.

Overall, a great experience. Price was very reasonable, and they even paid for shipping to/from their store! Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The one thing I wish was done differently was that I was not informed of the diagnostic report that they took prior to paying for my the repair. I had sent in a device intending to get the screen fixed, and it turns out one of the buttons broke too, and I didn't find this out until after getting the device back. If I had known this, I probably would have just bought a replacement product from them, but other than that, the company was everything I could ask for, and more.

Awesome service! Really glad they asked me for approval in fixing my headphones before they started. They even fixed the hinges for free out of courtesy! Only thing, I don’t know why it cost so much just the ear pads, but still definitely worth it.

Joes repaired my hearphones and then the neckband failed within one month ayI had to send them back. They honoured the 100 day warranty and I think replaced the neckband. I love my hearphones and appreciate anyone who can and will fix them especially since Bose knows that these hearphones do fail.

Excellent communication through texts and emails. Workmanship is fantastic, this is the second pair of headphones I’ve sent to them and perfect every time. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because it is quite expensive.

I ordered parts online from Canada. Within 3 days I had the parts. Unfortunately it was quite costly. $40 in parts cost me almost $100 due to shipping.
