Edit: Shortly after I wrote my review Joe's reached out to me and express shipped a replacement, so I'm revising my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I'm looking forward to many extra years out of my QC35 headphones with the repair Joe's has made possible! -- It's been four weeks since I ordered and the best Joe's can do is tell me that they talked to the carrier. If I had ordered from AliExpress it would have cost $50 less and they would have either refunded the order or sent a replacement by now. If I had ordered from iFixIt the price would have been similar but I also expect I would have the parts in my hands.

As soon as the package was confirmed missing, we filed a claim and immediately sent out replacement batteries along with issuing a refund for the solder wick you originally ordered. Your customer service is excellent. We did run into an issue with the original battery replacement, which was corrected, and that created a longer turnaround time. Even so, your customer service made the overall experience a positive one. I will definitely use Joe's again.

The part worked as expected. Unfortunately, I broke my tempearture sensor. :(

The parts i ordered matched perfectly. I even got a few extra parts which was appreciated. A snow storm hit my area so the parts took a little extra time to arrive. Nbd. Unfortunately, due to my over confidence in my electronic repair ability, i lost crucial pieces to my headphone assembly and may have irreparably damaged other components during disassembly. I’d recommend leaving the repair work to Joe’s GE.

I followed the YouTube video and replaced the right swivel and it worked excellent. Very clearly covered in the video I must say. And as for the swivel I had no issues at all. I'm giving 4 stars because the Philips head screw driver I ordered did not work very well with the screws. It kinda damaged some of my screws and I had to use another one.

You guys did great work. My only issue was that you did replace my ear cushion on my head phones which I thought was cool and nice. However, the replacements were not as soft as the ones I had which was upsetting to me.

I've been using this company to repair several different headphones for the past 5 years and I have yet to be disappointed at either the customer service and/or the repair department. Reasonable prices with discounts to returning customers. This company is "A Breath of Fresh Air " compared to many of the bigger companies in the same industry.

Overall, a great experience. Price was very reasonable, and they even paid for shipping to/from their store! Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The one thing I wish was done differently was that I was not informed of the diagnostic report that they took prior to paying for my the repair. I had sent in a device intending to get the screen fixed, and it turns out one of the buttons broke too, and I didn't find this out until after getting the device back. If I had known this, I probably would have just bought a replacement product from them, but other than that, the company was everything I could ask for, and more.

Awesome service! Really glad they asked me for approval in fixing my headphones before they started. They even fixed the hinges for free out of courtesy! Only thing, I don’t know why it cost so much just the ear pads, but still definitely worth it.
