“Overall, a great experience. Price was very reasonable, and they even paid for shipping to/from their store! Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The one thing I wish was done differently was that I was not informed of the diagnostic report that they took prior to paying for my the repair. I had sent in a device intending to get the screen fixed, and it turns out one of the buttons broke too, and I didn't find this out until after getting the device back. If I had known this, I probably would have just bought a replacement product from them, but other than that, the company was everything I could ask for, and more.”

“Awesome service! Really glad they asked me for approval in fixing my headphones before they started. They even fixed the hinges for free out of courtesy! Only thing, I don’t know why it cost so much just the ear pads, but still definitely worth it.”

“Joes repaired my hearphones and then the neckband failed within one month ayI had to send them back. They honoured the 100 day warranty and I think replaced the neckband. I love my hearphones and appreciate anyone who can and will fix them especially since Bose knows that these hearphones do fail.”

“I'm quite happy with the quality of communication throughout the repair service. I didn't find a shipping label from filling out the standard form on the website (checked the spam folder as well as filling it out a second time), so I called and was able to get to a representative. After I shipped my headphones, I got notified and was contacted within the quoted period. The repair service also happened within the quoted period. I got my repaired device back and it's working great. The only aspect I wish would be better was to get a more accurate quote before I shipped the device--maybe have the customer send a picture and describe the problem and have a real person do the estimate instead of standard quote? Thank you!”

“Your people did a great job repairing my Fitbit 2. It took longer than expected to make the payment, most likely my fault finding the correct links. And when I received the Fitbit it was set for the wrong time zone. I called Joes GE and they told me about a tutorial to reset the Fitbit and the problem was solved. I would and have recommended Joes GE for repairs.”
