I'm quite happy with the quality of communication throughout the repair service. I didn't find a shipping label from filling out the standard form on the website (checked the spam folder as well as filling it out a second time), so I called and was able to get to a representative. After I shipped my headphones, I got notified and was contacted within the quoted period. The repair service also happened within the quoted period. I got my repaired device back and it's working great. The only aspect I wish would be better was to get a more accurate quote before I shipped the device--maybe have the customer send a picture and describe the problem and have a real person do the estimate instead of standard quote? Thank you!

Your people did a great job repairing my Fitbit 2. It took longer than expected to make the payment, most likely my fault finding the correct links. And when I received the Fitbit it was set for the wrong time zone. I called Joes GE and they told me about a tutorial to reset the Fitbit and the problem was solved. I would and have recommended Joes GE for repairs.

I sent in a request, they got the order, I shipped it, and it was repaired. it was a very seamless experience! One thing that made me rate it 4 stars is because they never answered my question that I added to the additional things in the request. Other than that, they handled it pretty well.

Very pleased with the service at Joe's GE! Sent in two pairs of headphones, and while one pair wasn't worth a repair, the other set works as well as the day I got them. They also reattached some headband parts free of charge. 10/10 would recommend Joe's GE!

I got really fast service all the way from Kauai, HI. How ever first time I wore it after my repair and washed dishes my watch quit working. I understand that the warranty is void once the product is worked in by anyone other than the Brand. Gonna have to order a new one.

Great job on replacing an important piece for my Apple Watch. I do feel that the pricing is a little high but they were quick to confirm their quote and even though there was a delay with the part needed being in stock they communicated that with me immediately which I appreciated.

It is a simple process. Joe’s GE makes it easy to facilitate the transaction. I would definitely use them again. However, I expected them to replace the part with similar like and kind. And it was not. The cord on the Beats headphone did not include a volume control.

The customer service was great. There were some technical difficulties when it came to communication at first. Regarding email but lucky there was another way to communicate which helped a lot. Overall I give it 5 stars.

Well my Blaze does work now but when I got it returned to me it did not. Joe's told me to reset it and it worked again. I am just afraid that the only problem with the watch from when it stopped charging for me was that it just needed to be reset. Joe's charged me $45 for a new back cover housing. From the customer service I received they appear to be an honest company. I do not think they would make an unnecessary repair just to make money. Overall, they were prompt and courteous. When I get a new smart watch if I have any problems I would seek their help again. The only thing that bums me out is that I paid like $200 something for the watch several years ago and now there are so many better ones that are cheaper that maybe I should have just bought a newer one rather than get this old model repaired. O well lesson learned.
