“It’s great to have a company with all the replacement parts for your beats super easy watching a video of your guys to replace Solo 3 speaker. Only thing that I would like to be better is the 3M tape sent with new speaker to hold ear pad on. Pad keeps falling off. But with that being the only thing I would use your guys again for my repairs.! Thanks again for everything”

“Really helpful people, they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long at all. But I had one problem which was my right side doesn’t stay shut and they wanted me to pay for it to get fixed even though it wasn’t my wrong doing. Other then that I defentally will tell people about you guys and I’m looking forward to sending my little sisters in.”

“Ordered and received Beats Solo Headphone replacement ear pad muffs in 2 days. Used posted video on how to replace which was easy to follow. Removing and cleaning off the old glue is not easy but installing the replacement pads is easy. If you have the patience to clean off the existing glue, these are a great choice. If you do not have the patience, send the headphones in to Joe's and have them do it. Actual product looks just like the original.”

“Hi Joe, My Fitbit Blaze battery was replaced. This after failing to hold charge. It continues to discharge rapidly. Just overnight. I’ve recharged,disconnected, re every suggestion and from rescent “community Fitbit”. May you have suggestion? If this is to continue I would suggest not to service Fitbit. The negativity of the “community” may carry over to your services. If you have the resolve Fitbit would be indebted to you. Cheers Dean”

“the battery part was as described, and the video instruction, although very fuzzy at times, was sufficient to get the job done - so thanks Sadly the issue was not the battery, but it seemed the most logical issue - turned out the fitbit button was activated all the time, so that is what was draining the battery - and it drained the new battery as well - once that was fixed the new battery seems great”
