Thanks for your feedback. An internal wire replacement is a very long process as it requires an entire disassembly of the product to reach the middle and install of the new wire. Happy we could get you back to Jammin Out.

“I sent a Beats Studio Wireless for repairs After the repair 3 months later the issues are coming back again? I think theirs a fault in the controls but Joes Repair was fast to fix and repair the equipment!”

“Sent in a pair of Beats EP headphones to fix the plug. The initial repair was competed and returned quickly. I took off on star because the repair wasn't correct due to different wiring for android vs applr products. The customer service, they contacted me to see what exactly was wrong with the repair and paid for the rerun shipping. The 2nd repair was also done quickly and shipped backed. The headphones work perfectly now.”
