“Great job on replacing an important piece for my Apple Watch. I do feel that the pricing is a little high but they were quick to confirm their quote and even though there was a delay with the part needed being in stock they communicated that with me immediately which I appreciated.”

“It is a simple process. Joe’s GE makes it easy to facilitate the transaction. I would definitely use them again. However, I expected them to replace the part with similar like and kind. And it was not. The cord on the Beats headphone did not include a volume control.”

“Well my Blaze does work now but when I got it returned to me it did not. Joe's told me to reset it and it worked again. I am just afraid that the only problem with the watch from when it stopped charging for me was that it just needed to be reset. Joe's charged me $45 for a new back cover housing. From the customer service I received they appear to be an honest company. I do not think they would make an unnecessary repair just to make money. Overall, they were prompt and courteous. When I get a new smart watch if I have any problems I would seek their help again. The only thing that bums me out is that I paid like $200 something for the watch several years ago and now there are so many better ones that are cheaper that maybe I should have just bought a newer one rather than get this old model repaired. O well lesson learned.”

Bose sound sport wireless battery replacement: 1) The points to solder do not correspond to the video since you deliver the battery with the board, in the video you solder the battery to the board. 2) The opening can be quite hard and it can be difficult not to damage the edge...this can then be "repaired" with the glue.”

“I heard about Joe's on the Fitbit blog. Their estimated repair charge was accurate and they repaired by Blaze as quoted. Delivery was longer due to the part was not in stock. I will use Joe's again.”

“Did a great job with fixing my Beats solo 2! Cost me $80 to fix internal wire. The prepaid shipping to send you the beats is weird, i had to find the lightest envelope to send you my $300 head phones or you will charge me the difference. If I am already spending this much to fix the beats i would like to send you the beats in more protective packaging without being charge extra. everything else was GREAT. THANK YOU!”

“Definitely a life saver when it came to repairing my studio beats as opposed to paying the full $280 for a brand new pair they fixed it for less than half. I would’ve reviewed it very good if they would’ve had my band color but since it was a special edition one I can’t fault them for that.”

“The beats band was in amazing condition! The only reason I have it 4 stars is because I read that it came with a screwdriver - it did not. If I wasn’t an apple genius in a past life then I would not have had the tools to get the job done. Other than that I will definitely shop with Joes again!”
