Well my Blaze does work now but when I got it returned to me it did not. Joe's told me to reset it and it worked again. I am just afraid that the only problem with the watch from when it stopped charging for me was that it just needed to be reset. Joe's charged me $45 for a new back cover housing. From the customer service I received they appear to be an honest company. I do not think they would make an unnecessary repair just to make money. Overall, they were prompt and courteous. When I get a new smart watch if I have any problems I would seek their help again. The only thing that bums me out is that I paid like $200 something for the watch several years ago and now there are so many better ones that are cheaper that maybe I should have just bought a newer one rather than get this old model repaired. O well lesson learned.
