Excellent product, great price, will do business again

The company did a good job fixing/replacing the broken jack on my Bose QuietComfort 20 earphones. The communication was prompt and the service was good. The only reason I couldn't give a higher rating is that they replaced my original L-shaped jack (3.5 mm) with an I-shaped jack (likely 1/4 size) so now it is bigger and doesn't go all the way into my 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter (iPhone). It's a bit annoying when you spend $60 to get it fixed and it comes back imperfect. Otherwise, the service is good.

We use high-quality replacement audio jacks that are very strong and will last a long time. Sent in wireless headphones for a hinge/headband repair and they came back not holding a charge. Joe's was accommodating and has accepted them back for a no-cost repair. I haven't received them back yet, but I do appreciate Joe's responsiveness and willingness to do the right thing. I recommend them.

Great turnaround time. I had 2 headphone sets to be repaired. Not sure why my charge was so high on the one they found no issues/problems with but at least they sent a new Aux cord for the $45 repair fee.

Hey April, Thanks for trusting us with the repair of your Beats EP headphones. I see that you confirmed the $45 repair and that we did fix the headphones for you. The headphones had an issue with the cable when you sent them into us. We removed the attached wire and put an audio port in the headphones and supplied you with an audio cable so that you can use the headphones. We also replaced the inside panel and earpads on your Beats Studio 2 wired headphones as the panel was cracked and the earpads were coming apart. We did not find any issues with the sound, but there were issues with the headphones. My feelings are mixed at this point. I ordered a battery for my Beats Pill and received it promptly , but it is close to one month now and I have not heard anything back about the repair to the Pill. I thought the repair would have taken less time than this or at least an update from Joes on the status of the repair.

They repaired my headphones. It took a few days longer than they said it would take I think do to business. Shipping went as expected. The repair has my Beats headphones in the same working and physical condition as before they broke. I would use them again.

They repaired everything into working order but when they were outing it back together or sometime in transit the headband Padding came off a little just needed to be re tucked.

I sent my Beats solo 2 wireless for the repair as one side of the headphone wasn't working and i wanted it to work. I checked the prices and they said $55 and shipped them the headphones. Once they got there they said the repair cost would be $70 and if i wouldn't want to do it they would just send it back to me as it is. I paid them and then got them fixed. They shipped the headphones back in 3-4 days and they sounded just like new.

They fixed both pair. But... The solo3 they fixed thr left side. But didnt say the rightside latch was bent and now wont lock and alway swing loose. Wish would have mented it. so would have replaced it. The solo2 hed fixed are perfect. Over all kind of happy. But still on the fence if i would use or send referrals.

The head band is perfect it’s just how I messed something up with the rubber but everything else is perfect and looks brand new

Repair works as expected !. unfortunately there seems to be some debris left in each bundle holding the speaker. it's noticeable when you move or shake the headphones.

It’s great to have a company with all the replacement parts for your beats super easy watching a video of your guys to replace Solo 3 speaker. Only thing that I would like to be better is the 3M tape sent with new speaker to hold ear pad on. Pad keeps falling off. But with that being the only thing I would use your guys again for my repairs.! Thanks again for everything

Really helpful people, they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long at all. But I had one problem which was my right side doesn’t stay shut and they wanted me to pay for it to get fixed even though it wasn’t my wrong doing. Other then that I defentally will tell people about you guys and I’m looking forward to sending my little sisters in.
