“Sent in a pair of Beats EP headphones to fix the plug. The initial repair was competed and returned quickly. I took off on star because the repair wasn't correct due to different wiring for android vs applr products. The customer service, they contacted me to see what exactly was wrong with the repair and paid for the rerun shipping. The 2nd repair was also done quickly and shipped backed. The headphones work perfectly now.”
