Overall, a great experience. Price was very reasonable, and they even paid for shipping to/from their store! Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The one thing I wish was done differently was that I was not informed of the diagnostic report that they took prior to paying for my the repair. I had sent in a device intending to get the screen fixed, and it turns out one of the buttons broke too, and I didn't find this out until after getting the device back. If I had known this, I probably would have just bought a replacement product from them, but other than that, the company was everything I could ask for, and more.
