I looked up your order number and used your email and phone number, but I did not see any messages in our system. Can you let me know what form of contact you used? Again I am sorry we did not get back to you.

“There was no other alternative to Joe's for the fix to my Headphones but still they were very helpful — fast, efficient and reasonbable in price. Only note which is not their issue but perhaps they could mitigate, is that Canadians are charged a heavy duty — almost 100% — if the border thinks the product is NEW Parts. But if Joe's were to mark the paperwork as used, then there would likely not be duty.”
