“It was amazing. It wasn't nice when my beats stopped working on the left side. I googled and saw all sorts of suggestions from turning on/off the headphones with the jack connected to sticking a piece of aluminum foil in the jack port. Then luckily I came across Joe's website where they had a guide to fix the problem with my headphones. I purchased the tools they listed and followed the directions successfully. Now my beats is working great again!”

“I work in the e-commerce industry for 10 years, and I buy everything online. Joe's gaming and electronics service is above and beyond, I contacted them in regard to their Sony WH-1000XM4 Headphones Broken Swivel Hinge Replacement, saying my breakage is on the left side, and therefore it's a different repair. They said they'll post a left-side video and they did and followed up with me making sure i saw the video and was able to fix the breakage, and I did. (the local sony technician told me I would ruin it trying to fix it). Your service and support are amazing, so happy to have my headphones back, keep up the great work.🤍🎧🎶”

“Had a very old pair of Beats Solo2 headphones that finally started showing and sounding their age. Sending the headphones in for an estimate was simple. There were two suggested options, one to get them working again and one to get them working again plus other suggested repairs. Both prices were very amendable. Decided to go with the latter, got the repaired headphones back very quickly and they look and sound just like new. Amazing! Thanks Joe's!”
