“Well originally things seemed great package arrived on time. Once I realized they shipped me the wrong part I contacted support. First initial response was quick. But after sending them the correct part I needed. They stopped responding even after 3 follow ups. Still never got the correct part from them.”

“With the new battery in place the device shows on my Blue Tooth list but I can't get it to link with my iMaC MUSIC. There must be some additional sofware problem. \ I only requested the battery change and apparently you do not also check the overall function as part of the service. I am disappointed.”
