“My wife's old FitBit needed a new screen. Checked with Joes but they do not repair them any longer. But they do sell the repair kit. After watching the video, I ordered the kit. It turns out that the repair was so easy using the kit that in less than 30 minutes I was totally done with the repair. Thanks, Joe's for the wonderful repair kit. My wife is very happy.”

“Over time I have owned 3 Beats X Bluetooth headphones where the battery has gone bad. I watch the you tube video and thought that while not an easy replacement it wasn’t beyond my capabilities. I bought 3 replacement batteries. The disassembly wasn’t bad but trying to get the new batteries to work has proved to be an exercise in futility. The soldering is very fiddly. I got one set to light up but it still won’t work. I suspect user error on my part. I’m sure the batteries work well and they were delivered as advertised, it’s clearly that the replacement is beyond my capabilities. I would only advise someone skilled in working with small electronics to attempt the replacement. I wish there was someone I could pay to do it for me, although the associated costs likely make this uneconomic.”

Thanks for the feedback, David. We are happy that we were able to get you the parts you need so you can do the repair yourself. Sorry, we no longer repair these. As you said it would cost more for us to repair them than they cost to buy them in working condition.
