“I was happy to find a place that repairs iPod Max for a little less than Apple charges. When I got the headphones back the Bluetooth was fixed, but there were problems with the internal microphone. Then a few months later there was problems with the Bluetooth again. Can’t really say whether the repair was not great or just the usual Bluetooth problems caused by the slightest bit of moisture on these Apple headphones but either way it wasn’t worth having them repaired.”

Apple's 'repair solution' for my broken AirPods Max was replacement, but Joe's stepped in where they fell short: Joe's not only had the part, they diagnosed, repaired and returned it to me promptly, for a fraction of the price of a new headset. 10/10 reccomend”
