“I ordered replacement head band and metal cups for my used Bose headphones I purchased. I really appreciated the easy install headband and it looks original. The metal cups were also in great condition and the instructions for replacing all the components made it super easy.”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong watch backing and I returned it, I had to pay for shipping back which was a bummer but it was like $6 for a $38 refund, and then I ordered the correct piece and fixed my watch myself and it was easy to do and now my watch works just fine again!!”

“Product and quality of the item was A+, however, the wrong item was initially sent to me. I was trying to have a repair done prior to an event and missed the event deadline because the wrong item was sent to me. I had to package up the wrong item and drop it off at a return facility all on my time before a replacement would be considered, so I asked for a discount on the replacement for the trouble and the response was that they do not do that. I understand that misakes happen, but that doesn't remove the inconvenience on my behalf, so for that I was disappointed in the experience.”
