Edit: Shortly after I wrote my review Joe's reached out to me and express shipped a replacement, so I'm revising my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I'm looking forward to many extra years out of my QC35 headphones with the repair Joe's has made possible! -- It's been four weeks since I ordered and the best Joe's can do is tell me that they talked to the carrier. If I had ordered from AliExpress it would have cost $50 less and they would have either refunded the order or sent a replacement by now. If I had ordered from iFixIt the price would have been similar but I also expect I would have the parts in my hands.

I am very pleased with the experience. I bought the part because I saw the explanatory video, and when I went to other websites to buy it, I found that Joe's parts are original. So, I immediately went to the website. The purchase process was very easy, and the product arrived on time. I handled the rest of the installation myself, but I can say Joe's is a very good place.
