Joe's really should be Apple's official repair center. Apple's 'repair solution' for my broken AirPods Max was replacement, but Joe's stepped in where they fell short: Joe's not only had the part, they diagnosed, repaired and returned it to me promptly, for a fraction of the price of a new headset. 10/10 reccomend
