I was amazed and appreciative that Joe's had the part I needed for my wife's outdated FitBit. The item arrived very quickly and I was notified of the progress along the way. We definitely enjoyed the progress reports and the great language it was written in. Made us feel more like good friends rather than just a customer. This was the best experience buying something online that I've ever had (and I'm an old fart at 70). Keep on doing what you do!
