Contacted Joe’s because i had no where else to turn or try. Gave them a shot and they slammed dunked it. My equipment was damaged beyond repair and they was able to take care of my product for me. Very communicative and they lay out all the details on the policy and procedures. I definitely will use them again for future needs.
