These guys are legit. As a customer having worked in ecommerce website environments nearly my entire career, I applaud their ability to communicate status and engage with the technician in a manner that is lightweight, professional and informative. I never had a doubt where we were in the process and what to expect next. I've already recommended them to friends and acquaintances that have high end headphone investments.
