I had 2 Beats Studio 2 headphones in for repair. 1 needed a new charging port and 1 needed the headband replaced. Joe's GE kept me in the know every step of the way. Repairs were done quickly, and at a fair price. Shipped, repaired, and returned within 2 weeks total. Very happy with the quality of the repairs.
