I had an issue with Beats Solo headphones. Locating someone to fix them where I live was a real problem. Fortunately, I located an ad for Joe's on the web. They were located on the West Coast and I am on the East Coast. After communcating with them via text, I sent them my headphones and am very happy I did.
They did an excellent repair job and completed it in a very timely fashion.
I would highly recommend them based on my experience!
