My son broke the headband on his beats headphones. I brought it to a local place and they wanted almost $200 to repair, they told me to just go buy a new pair. I found Joe's online and for $80 they replaced the headband (with actual parts) including the cost of shipping to and from their place. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process, which took less then month. Highly recommend.
