Excellent, 5 stars: repaired my Bose QC35 headphones which kept turning it self on. Joes kept me informed. Sent them from SC on a Sat. Was received by them on Monday, fixed and returned to me by the following Friday. Another point that impressed me was they had posted a video on UTUBE, giving instructions on a way to repair the problem, unfortunately I had a different situation, so had to send them . Would be very comfortable dealing them again
