Joe's GE does SUPERB work, and quickly! They have worked TWICE on my ancient (and long past being sold) Fitbit Surge! Once to replace a battery, and recently to replace a cracked screen. The best part was, they normally only service three newer Fitbit models, BUT, since they had replaced my Surge battery a few years ago, they considered me a repeat customer, and expertly replaced the crystal. Don't know where the found it, but the Surge is back to new condition! Can't do much better than that!
