The headband of my beats broke and I did not want to have to buy a new one. I contacted three other places that provides the same service, but decided to go with Joe's after comparing the prices (which is significantly cheaper!). There was a mix up with the shipping (I'm located out-of-state), but it was resolved thanks to the great customer service. They responded in a timely fashion, which was a plus for me.
