My Garmin Approach S4 (golf watch) wouldn't hold a charge for a full 18. I was in need of a new battery for the watch. Lo and behold, Garmin no longer supports the watch. As far as they were concerned, it was time for me to buy a new watch. I stewed for a few days and then I found Joe's. It was easy to do business with them. They emailed me a prepaid label and off it went. They even emailed and texted me to let me know when the watch arrived at their shop. The turnaround time was quick. They communicated well throughout the process. The watch arrived yesterday and I'll be golfing on Sunday. I'll use Joe's again when the need arises.
