Had my Bose QC35 II repaired. Transport costs on top are an issue when sending from Germany, but Joe's did a good job in repairing it. I thought I had to settle for black spare parts for my blue headphones, but in the end colors were matched and it looks almost new. Worth the money. Thanks.
