I was very satisfied with Joe's Gaming & Electronics. They were very professional to deal with. Before sending my item, I asked several questions which were answered quickly. I sent my Samsung watch in for repair and was contacted with a diagnosis, exact cost and time to complete the repair. They stayed in touch throughout the process. I was told when the repair was complete and when the watch was shipped back. In addition, they pay the normal shipping cost, and provide tracking numbers for both sending and receiving so I knew where the watch was during transit.
