It was amazing. It wasn't nice when my beats stopped working on the left side. I googled and saw all sorts of suggestions from turning on/off the headphones with the jack connected to sticking a piece of aluminum foil in the jack port. Then luckily I came across Joe's website where they had a guide to fix the problem with my headphones. I purchased the tools they listed and followed the directions successfully. Now my beats is working great again!
