I sent in my SONY wireless headphones because of an issue with my left side cutting out. I explained this clearly to the Tech. I received notice that they wanted to replace the Bluetooth circuit board and I agreed. When I got the headset back I still had the same issue but the Bluetooth connection was much stronger. When I contacted the Tech about the issue still being there and asked if they wanted me to send it in again, to which I was told they didn't have a computer to use to test wired connections and so I let it pass. I picked up a set of Razor Blackshark wired headphones and now use the SONY's for wireless only.
I can't give higher than a 3 for this because the issue I sent it in for wasn't addressed, but the service that was done was completed well and the communication was active and professional. So on that note I was happy with the repair.
