I sent in my Wife’s Fitbit watch because it wouldn’t hold a charge, and as soon as Joe’s Repair received it, they sent me an email and told me the Battery was no good. They replaced the battery and even cleaned up the watch before sending it back. If you have any problems with your electronics, call Joe’s Repair
