I had sent in my Beats for repair and I got them back but had some trouble with the battery charging. They didn’t ask any other questions…just sent me a return label, fixed them with a new battery and shipped them back, all no charge!! They back their work 100%!! I will always send my electronics to them for repair!!! You won’t regret it!!
