Great service, I would definitely use Joe's again. They replaced the battery on my 2 year old Fitbit that wouldn't hold a charge, and now it works like new. I'm sure Google would prefer I landfill my 2 year old device and buy a new one, but why? Joe's flat rate service, ample communication and quick turnaround were a winner for me.
