I was at first not sure about sending out a $300 pair of headphones. But when I contacted them and they sent a confirmation email I said why not. They fixed the obvious issues broken earphones. They sent them back and they looked great however they were not fixed 100%. The main issue I had was they were not charging. I called up and spoke to a rep and they said they would take care of it at no charge and even sent a shipping label. Got them back as good as new. Very good service and attentive. Would use this service again
