I shipped my beats to Joes for repair only to find out that I paid full price for a counterfeit pair. I had the privilege to speak with Joe, himself on the phone. He was very empathetic and understanding. He even helped me find an alternate solution to repairing my beats. Super thankful for how this company made me feel cared for.
