It was a pleasure working with Joe's during my recent need to repair my wireless Beats Solo earphones. I was going to attempt to fix them myself but decided to send them to Joe's. This was a great decision. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and I had my earphones back in exactly 7 days from the time I sent it. The price was extremely reasonable and easy to manage. I would highly recommend them and I will keep them in mind if I have a future need for electronics repairs.
