I had a problem with my powerbeats 2 earphone not turning on or taking a charge so I contacted joes for help. Their knowledgeable and courteous staff answered my many different questions, asked at different times with quick and direct answers. Gave me many different options after they troubleshot my earphones. Felt comfortable with dealing with this company from the start. My earphones are still pumping out the great sounds.
