Joes fixed my Beats headphones quickly and returned them promptly. About 18 months later, I had the same problem recur with one side not producing sound. I emailed Joes, and even though the warranty on their repair work had expired nearly a year earlier, Joe immediately agreed to fix them again completely free of charge. I have had no problems since, and that was several years ago. I would definitely use them again--they stand behind the quality of their work and put customer service first.
