Talk about good, honest people! My beats headphones stopped charging. I could not figure out why, so I did some research, found Joes, and filled out the form to send them in. As soon as they arrived, I got an email from Dave who let me know he had them, would look at them, and then get back to me. The next day I received an email stating that all he had to do was reset the firmware and that fixed the problem. Then, he floored me: because it wasn't an ACTUAL repair, he was just going to send them back to me! I didn't even pay shipping back!!
Joes has a customer for life with us and a recommendation to anyone who needs a repair and is nervous about sending their stuff all the way to Washington. Don't sweat it. It's good.
