My son had a pair of $300 Beats Mixr special edition headphones that were only plying out of one side. I was afraid that the plugs were faulty and a repair would cost as much as the original headphone cost. I sent them off, and Joes kept in regular contact. Let me know when received, and quickly corresponded with the diagnosis...a faulty wire replacement for $55.00. Worth it for a pair of expensive headphones. More importantly, I was relieved by a reasonable price for a reasonable fix. No gouging or giving a more drastic (and expensive) solution. Once I said, "do it," the repair was promptly done, and the headphones were returned very quickly. I should note that the repair cost included return shipping. I would not hesitate to use Joes again. My experience was completely positive.
