I sent my headphones in for a $60 charge to replace my battery. Turns out, I didn't need a batter at all, just a system reset. Not only did they not charge me for this, they directed me to a youtube video that shows me how to reset the headphones should I have the problem again. I highly recommend the honest e-shop. A rarity these days on the internet. They also paid for return shipping, which I was expecting to pay myself. Thanks guys,
