I contacted Joe’s as a last ditch after Beats told me that there was nothing I could do about my headsets. One had worn out ear & head pads, the other had problems with the speakers themselves.
Paying less than half the amount of what a new one would have costed me, Joe’s restored 2 sets of headsets for us to brand new condition
