I was a bit skeptical at first sending off 3 sets of headphones since the headphones themselves cost me a buck but I got a call right away letting me know what was wrong w them and the price for repairs. I was amazed! Their pricing is great and it’s been about 4 months with them and the work great!! Thanks Joes
